Stone DeLuxe mineral marble shower trays offer a solid and sophisticated surface that resembles concrete in white, beige, black or cement gray. An attractive siphon cover made in the same effect as the surface of the shower tray contributes to the characteristic appearance of Stone DeLuxe shower trays. For added safety, the surface provides the highest level of slip resistance (Class C according to the DIN 51097 standard).

A special advantage of Stone DeLuxe shower trays is the possibility of cutting to specific dimensions in order to adapt to configuration of the shower area. You can cut the shower tray independently according to the instructions or order a factory cutting.

Cleaning and maintenance

EVERYDAY MAINTENANCE

The care of cast marble products is quick and easy. To remove most stains and dirt, clean the surface with a soft cloth or a non-abrasive sponge and mild soapy water or another suitable product. After cleaning, rinse the surface thoroughly with water and wipe it dry to prevent the accumulation of dirt and limescale.

SUITABLE PRODUCTS
  • mild soapy water
  • cream, liquid or gel bathroom cleaners that do not contain abrasive microgranules
  • limescale removers
  • white colour only: diluted white wine vinegar or lemon juice
  • other colours only: glass cleaners and a mildly diluted bleach or ammonia solution
UNSUITABLE PRODUCTS
  • acetone, trichloroethylene, ethyl alcohol, industrial solvents and paint or varnish thinners
  • strong acids (e.g. hydrochloric acid) and strong alkalis (e.g. caustic soda)
  • drain cleaners and degreasers
  • abrasive cleaning products, abrasive sponges and steel wool
  • steam cleaners

Test any cleaning product of unknown aggressiveness on a small, inconspicuous area of the surface before use.

CLEANING

Apply the product with a soft cloth or a non-abrasive sponge. After cleaning, and especially after removing limescale, rinse the surface thoroughly with clean water and wipe it dry.

PREVENTION OF DAMAGE

Do not use metal scrapers, wire brushes, scalpels, blades or other sharp tools. Avoid impacts and dropping heavy or sharp objects onto the surface.

The surface of cast marble is generally highly resistant to stains. However, cosmetic products, hair dyes, ink and other colouring agents may leave permanent stains if they remain in contact with the surface for an extended period. In the event of a spill, rinse the surface thoroughly with water immediately.

Do not use water at temperatures above 55 °C, and do not pour boiling liquids or hot oils onto the surface. Do not place hot objects or burning cigarettes on the surface, and do not expose it to an open flame.

Using products not listed in the care and maintenance instructions may void the warranty.
