Frequently asked questions

Is it possible to order individual elements from different bathroom furniture lines and combine them together?

Elements from different lines of bathroom furniture can be ordered separately and combined with each other. With numerous options available for each individual element, you achieve unlimited design freedom when creating your bathroom space.

Does the bathroom furniture come in separate parts or is it assembled from the factory?

Aquaestil bathroom furniture elements come pre-assembled from the factory and undergo thorough quality control before shipping to ensure a flawless user experience with the elements.

What material is used for the washbasins in bathroom furniture?

Aquaestil washbasins are made from cast marble. Cast or mineral marble is an advanced material composed of natural mineral and stone particles, polyester, and resin. This material is cast into specially designed molds, and each washbasin undergoes meticulous finishing and a Gelcoat treatment to create a surface that is flawlessly glossy and resistant to scratches.

Are the bathroom furniture elements water and moisture resistant?

Aquaestil bathroom furniture is primarily designed for wet environments. Precise construction, high-quality craftsmanship, additional processes ensuring water and moisture resistance, meticulous finishing, and rigorous testing of every Aquaestil bathroom furniture line under humid conditions guarantee protection against the effects of moisture and water ingress.

Where are Aquaestil products manufactured?

We take great pride in the fact that our entire production, design and development facilities, management, and other company divisions are entirely based in Europe. This ensures our customers not only impeccable product quality, but also swift delivery times and professional service support for all our products. At the heart of the company’s successful operations undoubtedly lie our employees as the main force and driving factor.

Thanks to the continuous sales growth across EU countries and globally, we consistently invest in implementing the latest technologies, facilitating ongoing employee education, and expanding production capacities.

Where to view and purchase Aquaestil products?

Aquaestil products can be viewed at authorized retail representatives or in the Aquaestil showroom. Official inquiries, orders and purchases can be made through any authorized retail representatives. Retail representatives are knowledgeable of all the features of Aquaestil products and will provide you with all the information you need.

From which material are Aquaestil baths and shower trays made of?

All of our baths and shower trays are made of 100% casted sanitary acrylic, which is widely recognized as the best modern material for that purpose.

Why are there no prices displayed on the website?

As a manufacturer, Aquaestil does not have its own retail outlets – instead, sales are conducted through a network of authorized retail representatives. Aquaestil retail representatives will gladly provide you with product prices and other information related to purchasing, payment, and delivery.

Is there service support available for Aquaestil products?

Aquaestil provides service support and original parts for all its products through its own service as well as a network of authorized service providers.

How to file a product complaint?

If your product is covered by a warranty, you can file a claim with the sales representative from whom you purchased the product.

If the product is no longer covered by a warranty, you can report the problem to an authorized service provider designated for your area, or by e-mailing servis@aquaestil.hr.

Cleaning and maintenance

The material used in Aquaestil bathroom furniture is moisture-resistant, but not entirely waterproof. Prolonged exposure to high humidity and water can cause swelling on the edges of wooden parts and may lead to potential corrosion of mirrors.

After using the bathroom, it is recommended to ventilate the space and wipe down the furniture to remove moisture and any remaining water. Damage caused by inadequate maintenance is not covered by the warranty.

Maintenance of wooden parts

For cleaning and maintaining the wooden parts of Aquaestil bathroom furniture, we recommend using Aquaestil Bathroom Furniture Protection and Maintenance Solution. The wooden parts of Aquaestil bathroom furniture can also be cleaned with other gentle liquid cleaning agents based on soap.

Do not use organic solvents, thinners, strong disinfectants, concentrated acids, hydrogen peroxide, nitro thinners, universal adhesives, harsh or abrasive products, or rough cloths and sponges.

The product is intended for use in ventilated bathroom spaces with a temperature of 17-24 °C and relative humidity of 45-70 %. Although the material of the furniture components is moisture-resistant, the wooden parts should not be exposed to prolonged direct contact with water.

Mirror maintenance

For cleaning and maintaining Aquaestil bathroom furniture mirrors, we recommend using Aquaestil Cleaning Solution for Acrylic and Glass Surfaces. Mirrors can also be cleaned with non-abrasive liquid cleaning agents intended for glass surfaces and a soft microfiber cloth. To prevent the risk of mirror corrosion, after bathing or showering, ventilate the room and wipe the mirror to remove moisture and water from its surface.

The mirror is intended for use in a ventilated bathroom environment with a temperature of 17-24°C and relative humidity of 45-70%.

Washbasin maintenance

Aquaestil bathroom furniture washbasins are made of cast marble, or in certain lines, ceramic. For cleaning and maintaining Aquaestil washbasins, you may use Aquaestil Cleaning Solution for Acrylic and Glass Surfaces or a standard liquid bathroom detergent. To remove limescale, we recommend using alcohol vinegar or limescale cleaners that do not contain microgranules, which could scratch the surface of the washbasin.

Avoid using abrasive cleaning agents and rough sponges or cloths.

In the event of loss of surface shine on cast marble washbasins, the surface finish can be restored by polishing with a wax-free or silicone-free polishing paste.
